Managed statutory documentation and approvals for a central Cabramatta 12-townhouse development.

This mid-scale residential project in Fairfield Council’s Cabramatta centre delivered twelve townhouses with basement parking, modern façades and robust construction. I led the planning documentation through to approval by preparing and lodging the Section 4.55 modified DA and associated Statement of Environmental Effects for the development, ensuring compliance with council requirements and design intent.

Role & Scope

• Statutory project lead for DA modification under Section 4.55

• Preparation of construction certificate (CC) documentation

• Production of as-built documentation

• Landscape certification and sign-off

Key Outcomes

• Successfully secured modified consent enabling delivery of 12 new townhouses
